Crafted from Pinot Grigio 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect crisp citrus and orchard fruit aromas framed by a clean, mineral finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards vines up to 30 years of limestone gravel and clay-rich soils, with porphyry rock at 400-600 meters on sea level. south/south-east facing. Yield per hectare of 45 hectoliters. Vinification: temperature-controlled fermentation in oak casks and tonneaux, where also done the malolactic fermentation.
