The fruit is sourced from vineyards guyot-trained vines at 300 meters above sea level on calcareous and clay soils in organic farming. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts in cement tanks with 12 days maceration. The wine is aged 12 months in 5 hl barrels for 50% and the half remaining in steel tanks, then 36 months in the bottle. A wine representing Lombardy's sophisticated winemaking style with precision and elegance.
