A fine example of Alto Adige winemaking, this Alto Adige/Sudtirol DOC reflects generations of local expertise. At 13.5% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Pinot Nero 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate shows depth and structure, with a finish that lingers pleasantly. The fruit is sourced from vineyards old and young vines cultivated according to the ‘pergola’ or ‘spalliera’ system, rooted in clayey soil at 400-500 m above sea level. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks and malolactic one in cement vats. The wine is aged 6 months in cement vats and in big oak barrels. A wine showing the alpine freshness and purity typical of Alto Adige.
