This exceptional Alto Adige/Sudtirol DOC showcases the authentic character of Alto Adige. With 13% alcohol, it strikes a confident balance between body and freshness. Crafted from Pinot Noir 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect layered dark fruit aromas, firm tannins and a long, satisfying finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards selection of the best grapes from farms on calcareous-clayey soils with the presence of schists. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in large wood barrels. The wine is aged 12 months in barrique, 7 months in large barrels and 24 months in bottle. A wine reflecting the region's cool mountain climate and precise winemaking.
