A fine example of Alto Adige winemaking, this Alto Adige/Sudtirol DOC reflects generations of local expertise. With 12% alcohol, it delivers elegance and finesse. Crafted from Pinot Nero 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It displays rich color intensity with complex aromas and a persistent finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards vines of 21 years at Maso Krafuss at 430 - 450 meters on sea level, south-east facing. Clayey, gravelly, limestone soils. Yield per hectare of 55 hectoliters. Worked in organic and biodynamic. Vinification: soft pressing of the grapes, spontaneous fermentation and malolactic in steel vats. The wine is aged 12 months in different French oak barrels. A wine capturing the crystalline character of Alto Adige's high-altitude vineyards.
