Crafted from Pinot Nero 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It displays rich color intensity with complex aromas and a persistent finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards some vines are 70 years old in the prestigious cru Vigna Roccolo, in the heart of Mazon terroir. Vinification: destemming, manual selection of the grape berries, short cold maceration and fermentation on the skins for about 10 days. The wine is aged 18 months in small French oak barrels, 6 months in big oak barrels and at least 12 months in bottle. A wine capturing the crystalline character of Alto Adige's high-altitude vineyards.
