Pinot Nero Pojer e Sandri

Produced in Trentino, this wine reflects a genuine sense of place. At 12.5% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Pinot Nero 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate shows depth and structure, with a finish that lingers pleasantly. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in Faedo, 300-500 metres above sea level, on volcanic soils rich in limestone and loam. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in steel vats controlled temperature. The wine is aged few months in oak casks. A wine reflecting Trentino's alpine terroir and cool-climate precision.
