The fruit is sourced from vineyards from the municipality of Barolo, from 15-20 year old vines located at 300 meters above sea level on marly and calcareous soil. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks at a controlled temperature and maceration on the skins for 10 days. Complete malolactic fermentation. The wine is aged 18 months in barrique.
