The fruit is sourced from vineyards from 3 selected plots of the "girlan" sub-area, located 500 meters above sea level from 20-25 year old vines on poor and gravelly soils. formed by moraine deposits and volcanic rock. Vinification: fermentation in steel vats for 25 days. The wine is aged 20 months in barrique. A wine reflecting the region's cool mountain climate and precise winemaking.
