This Alto Adige/Sudtirol DOC captures the distinctive personality of Alto Adige terroir. At 14.5% alcohol, it delivers real concentration and power on the palate. Crafted from Pinot Noir 100% , this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It displays rich color intensity with complex aromas and a persistent finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards grapes from the Rungg, Schopf and Muhlweg vineyards in the municipality of Cornaiano, facing west, glacial morainic soils, very stony and rich in porphyry, granite and gneiss with inserts of sand and clay. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperature in oak vats with pre-fermentation maceration. The wine is aged 14 months in new oak barrels for 25%. A wine capturing the crystalline character of Alto Adige's high-altitude vineyards.
