This exceptional Alto Adige/Sudtirol DOC showcases the authentic character of Alto Adige. With 14.5% alcohol content, it offers a full-bodied and robust structure. Crafted from Pinot Noir 100% , this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It displays rich color intensity with complex aromas and a persistent finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards on the Trattmann farm, 400 m above sea level, south-west facing. Vinification: fermentation in steel tanks for 18-20 days, with malolactic fermentation. The wine is aged 15 months in big and small oak barrels. A wine reflecting the region's cool mountain climate and precise winemaking.
