Crafted from Pinot Noir 100% , this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate shows depth and structure, with a finish that lingers pleasantly. The fruit is sourced from vineyards on the Trattmann farm, 400 m above sea level, south-west facing. Vinification: fermentation in steel tanks for 18-20 days, with malolactic fermentation. The wine is aged 15 months in big and small oak barrels. A wine reflecting the region's cool mountain climate and precise winemaking.
