This Alto Adige/Sudtirol DOC captures the distinctive personality of Alto Adige terroir. With 14.5% alcohol content, it offers a full-bodied and robust structure. Crafted from Pinot Nero 100% , this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect layered dark fruit aromas, firm tannins and a long, satisfying finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards vigna Ganger in Mazzon, between 360 and 380 metres above sea level, faced to Souht-West, on soils rich in clay and limestone. Vinification: destemming for 4/5 of the bunches, alcoholic fermentation on the skins in steel tanks for 25 days and malolactic fermentation. The wine is aged 20 months in barriques and at least 18 months in bottle. A wine showing the alpine freshness and purity typical of Alto Adige.
