Crafted from Pinot Nero 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect vibrant red-fruit notes and a refreshing, food-friendly finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards from various parcels near Appiano on morainic soils with gravelly and calcareous layers. Vinification: saignée method (delicate extraction of the must) and fermentation in steel vats. The wine is aged some months in steel tanks.
