The fruit is sourced from vineyards 25-years-old vines located on soil rich in morainic debris and porphyritic stone. Vinification: spontaneous alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts and maceration for three weeks on the skins. The wine is aged 20 months in 500-liter oak barrels (75% new and 25% old). A wine showing the alpine freshness and purity typical of Alto Adige.
