Pinot Nero 'Terrazze' Mazzolino

A fine example of Lombardy winemaking, this Oltrepò Pavese DOC reflects generations of local expertise. At 13.5% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Pinot Nero 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect layered dark fruit aromas, firm tannins and a long, satisfying finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in a hilly clayey sandy soil at 180-220 metres above sea level. Vinification: alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in steel tanks. The wine is aged some months in steel tanks. A wine reflecting the alpine influence found across Lombardy's varied terroir.
