Produced in Alto Adige, this wine reflects a genuine sense of place. With 13% alcohol, it strikes a confident balance between body and freshness. Crafted from Pinot Nero 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It displays rich color intensity with complex aromas and a persistent finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards rooted in the clayey and calcareous soils of Mazzon hill. Vinification: destemming 75% of the grapes, soft pressing and fermentation in steel tanks on the skins for 10 days. The wine is aged some months in steel tanks. A wine reflecting the region's cool mountain climate and precise winemaking.
