Crafted from Pinot Nero 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate shows depth and structure, with a finish that lingers pleasantly. The fruit is sourced from vineyards on calcareous clay soils. Vinification: alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in wood at a controlled temperature. The wine is aged 12 months in barriques and wooden barrels, 6 months in bottle. A wine showing the alpine freshness and purity typical of Alto Adige.
