Crafted from Vernatsch 50%, Pinot Noir 50%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect vibrant red-fruit notes and a refreshing, food-friendly finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards at 450 meters above sea level with Guyot and Pergola training system. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation with maceration on the skins for 24 hours. The wine is aged 10 months in oak barrels of 500 liters. A wine showing the alpine freshness and purity typical of Alto Adige.
