The fruit is sourced from vineyards at 230 m. above sea level, on the ground of medium texture and rich in skeleton. Vinification: fermentation at a temperature not exceeding 30°C. The wine is aged in amphora, then 7 months in cellar. A wine reflecting the mineral intensity of Sicily's volcanic soils.
