The fruit is sourced from vineyards located in the Caragnano district, in the municipality of Mottola, on soils of clayey origin at 280 meters of altitude. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts in steel tanks at controlled temperature. The wine is aged 14 months for 85% in steel and 15% in used Slavonian oak barrique.
