This Prosecco Rosé DOC captures the distinctive personality of Veneto terroir. With 11.5% alcohol, it delivers elegance and finesse. Crafted from Glera 90%, Pinot Noir 10% , this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Its lively perlage and crisp finish make it an ideal celebratory pour. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in separate stainless steel tanks for Glera and Pinot Noir, with maceration in red for the latter. Second fermentation in autoclave. The wine is aged several months in steel and 60 days in autoclave. A wine embodying Veneto's winemaking heritage with fresh acidity and food-friendly character.
