Crafted from Cabernet Sauvignon 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect layered dark fruit aromas, firm tannins and a long, satisfying finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards spurred cordon breeding at 120 meters above sea level with northern exposure. Soils of alluvial origin with medium texture. Organic agriculture. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature, carried out by indigenous yeasts. The wine is aged 24 months in oak barrel.
