Crafted from Raboso 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate shows depth and structure, with a finish that lingers pleasantly. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in a charlky soil. Slightly late harvest. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation on the skins for 12 days in wooden barrels. The wine is aged 15 months in steel tanks, 12 months in barrique and 12 in big oak barrels. A wine embodying Veneto's winemaking heritage with fresh acidity and food-friendly character.
