Crafted from Pinot Noir, Refosco dal Peduncolo Rosso, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It shows a delicate pale hue with fresh red-berry aromas and a crisp finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards on clay and limestone soils. Vinification: delicate de-stemming, very light maceration, soft pressing and alcoholic fermentation in steel.
