Ramì Cos

This distinctive wine from Sicily embodies traditional Italian winemaking heritage. Its 12.5% alcohol content supports a rounded, well-integrated style. Crafted from Grecanico 50%, Inzolia 50%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards vines raised by Guyot system and rooted on sub-Appennine sandy soils of calcareous origin. Vinification: spontaneous fermentation on the skins with natural yeasts. The wine is aged some months in concrete vats. A wine capturing Sicily's sun-soaked character and ancient viticultural roots.
