The fruit is sourced from vineyards from the vineyards Retratto and Valletta, at an altitude of 350 m. asl., with exposure to the south, on medium-textured soils of limestone. Vinification: natural withering from October to the end of January, then fermentation using only indigenous yeasts, 15 days of maceration.
