'Réserve del Conte' Manincor

This distinctive wine from Alto Adige embodies traditional Italian winemaking heritage. At 13% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Lagrein 35%, Merlot 40%, Cabernet 25%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It displays rich color intensity with complex aromas and a persistent finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards on clay and sandy soil rich of calcareous and morenic deposit with south-east exposure. Vinification: spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts in wood vats with maceration on the skins for 10 days. The wine is aged 12 months on the lees in oak barrels. A wine capturing the crystalline character of Alto Adige's high-altitude vineyards.
