This Alto Adige/Sudtirol DOC captures the distinctive personality of Alto Adige terroir. At 13% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Riesling 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect crisp citrus and orchard fruit aromas framed by a clean, mineral finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards old vines cultivated on clay-sandy terrains at 600 to 900 mt a.s.l. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in acacia big barrels at a controlled temperature. The wine is aged 10 months in big acacia barrels and another 24 months in bottle. A wine showing the alpine freshness and purity typical of Alto Adige.
