This Alto Adige/Sudtirol DOC captures the distinctive personality of Alto Adige terroir. At 12.5% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Riesling 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards location Santa Regina, 280 meters above sea level with northern exposure on tufaceous and sandy soils with marine fossils. Vinification: spontaneous alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts with maceration on the skins for 10-12 days. Malolactic fermentation. The wine is aged some months on the lees in steel tanks. A wine capturing the crystalline character of Alto Adige's high-altitude vineyards.
