Soave 'La Broia' Roccolo Grassi

This Soave DOC captures the distinctive personality of Veneto terroir. At 12.5% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Garganega 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate is fresh and precise, with lively acidity carrying through to the finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in La Broia vineyard, with an exposure to the Southeast, on alluvial soils rich in limestone. Vinification: fermentation in barrels for 80%, the rest in stainless. The wine is aged 12 months on the lees, then at least 6 months in bottle. A wine embodying Veneto's winemaking heritage with fresh acidity and food-friendly character.
