This Alto Adige/Sudtirol DOC captures the distinctive personality of Alto Adige terroir. At 13.5% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Riesling 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. Vinification: fermentation at controlled temperature in barrels of acacia wood. The wine is aged 10 months in acacia wood barrels and 12 months in bottle. A wine capturing the crystalline character of Alto Adige's high-altitude vineyards.
