This exceptional Alto Adige/Sudtirol DOC showcases the authentic character of Alto Adige. With 12.5% alcohol, it strikes a confident balance between body and freshness. Crafted from Riesling 100% , this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate is fresh and precise, with lively acidity carrying through to the finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards between 250 and 570 metres above sea level, in the sandy chalky soil in Penone, in the calcareous oils in Magrè e in the volcanic soils in Valle Isarco. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks. The wine is aged 6 months on the lees in steel tanks. A wine showing the alpine freshness and purity typical of Alto Adige.
