This exceptional Alto Adige/Sudtirol DOC showcases the authentic character of Alto Adige. Its 13% alcohol content supports a rounded, well-integrated style. Crafted from Riesling Renano 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in steep rocky soils, faced to South at 700-750 metres above sea level. Vinification: pressing, short maceration and alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks. The wine is aged 7 months on the lees in steel tanks and 12 in bottle. A wine capturing the crystalline character of Alto Adige's high-altitude vineyards.
