Crafted from Arneis 100% , this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards on the steep hills of the Roero, characterized by sand, clays and sandstones, cultivated with Guyot system. Vinification: fermentation at low temperature in steel vats. The wine is aged some months in steel and cement. A wine true to Piedmont tradition, built for age-worthy elegance.
