A fine example of Lazio winemaking, this Roma DOC reflects generations of local expertise. Its 13% alcohol content supports a rounded, well-integrated style. Crafted from Malvasia Puntinata 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards located on red soils of volcanic origin rich in microelements and medium-textured clay soils. Vinification: soft pressing and alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperature in steel tanks. The wine is aged a few months in steel tanks. A wine true to Lazio's ancient winemaking traditions.
Lazio, home to Rome, has an ancient winemaking history dating back over two thousand years.
