Crafted from Montepulciano 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It displays rich color intensity with complex aromas and a persistent finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in Basso Sulcis on clayey, limestone and sandy soils. Vinification: the grapes are de-stemmed and crushed and undergo an alcoholic fermentation with maceration of the skins for about 5 days, then the must undergoes malolactic fermentation.
