Produced in Umbria, this wine reflects a genuine sense of place. With 15% alcohol content, it offers a full-bodied and robust structure. Crafted from Sagrantino 65%, Sangiovese 25%, Montepulciano 10%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It displays rich color intensity with complex aromas and a persistent finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards site on clayey, soils, East/South/West facing. Yield per hectare to 45 quintals. Grown organically. Vinification: spontaneous fermentation with 36 days of maceration. Wine Unfiltered and dosed with little sulfur. The wine is aged 20 months in steel vats, 10 months in oak casks, 30 months in bottle. A wine showing the elegant, structured style typical of Umbrian reds.
