Crafted from Sangiovese 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate shows depth and structure, with a finish that lingers pleasantly. The fruit is sourced from vineyards from the hill of Montosoli on soils rich in marl with low percentages of clay and limestone. Vinification: spontaneous alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts. The wine is aged 12 months in steel and 8 months in Slavonian oak barrels of 50 hl.
