This exceptional Rosso di Montalcino DOC showcases the authentic character of Tuscany. Its 14% alcohol content underpins a rich, muscular structure. Crafted from Sangiovese 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate shows depth and structure, with a finish that lingers pleasantly. The fruit is sourced from vineyards from 3 areas called Bosco, Alberello and Strada in Montalcino. Biodynamic farming. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts in open vats and maceration on the skins for 15 days. The wine is aged 15 months in 20 hl oak barrels and 3 months in 38 hl oak barrels.
