A fine example of Tuscany winemaking, this Rosso di Montalcino DOC reflects generations of local expertise. Its 13.5% alcohol content supports a rounded, well-integrated style. Crafted from Sangiovese 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect layered dark fruit aromas, firm tannins and a long, satisfying finish. Vinification: maceration of 8-10 days, then malolactic fermentation. The wine is aged about 12 months in large wooden barrels. A wine true to the storied winemaking heritage of Tuscany.
Tuscany is Italy's most celebrated wine region, home to legendary denominations like Chianti Classico, Brunello di Montalcino and Vino Nobile di Montepulciano.
