Crafted from Sangiovese 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate shows depth and structure, with a finish that lingers pleasantly. The fruit is sourced from vineyards vines of over 16 years old, site in Castelnuovo dell'Abate, marl and rocky soils crossed by the Orcia river. Vinification: maceration of 30 days and alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel. The wine is aged 6 months in Slavonia oak barrels.
