Hailing from Piedmont, this wine offers an authentic taste of the local terroir. At 12.5% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Red grapes, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate shows depth and structure, with a finish that lingers pleasantly. The fruit is sourced from vineyards on sandy and clayey soils with north and north-east exposure. Vinification: manual harvest, 3-5 day maceration and spontaneous fermentation with only indigenous yeasts. The wine is aged 12 months in barrique and almost 8 months in bottle. A wine showcasing the fog-kissed hills of the Langhe.
Piedmont is renowned worldwide for Barolo and Barbaresco, its two great Nebbiolo-based expressions.
