Rosso 'Peler' Saottini

Hailing from Lombardy, this wine offers an authentic taste of the local terroir. At 13.5% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Rebo 80%, Cabernet Sauvignon 10%, Merlot 10%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It displays rich color intensity with complex aromas and a persistent finish. Vinification: destemming of grapes with minimal crushing of berries, long maceration and alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperature. The wine is aged 12 months in concrete barrels and subsequent rest in bottle. A wine true to the meticulous Lombard approach to winemaking.
