A fine example of Marche winemaking, this Rosso Piceno DOC reflects generations of local expertise. Its 13.5% alcohol content supports a rounded, well-integrated style. Crafted from Montepulciano 65% e Sangiovese 35%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It displays rich color intensity with complex aromas and a persistent finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards 20-year-old vines on medium-textured clay soil tending to limestone, facing south and south/east. Organic cultivation and yield per hectare of 70 quintals. Vinification: spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts for about 10 days. The wine is aged some months in steel tanks. A wine true to the Marche tradition of elegant, food-friendly wines.
