Vinification: destemming, spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts in steel tanks and soft pressing. Without filtrations. The wine is aged 6 months in stainless steel tanks and 30 months in oak casks. A wine showing the maritime freshness typical of Ligurian whites.
