This Alto Adige/Sudtirol DOC captures the distinctive personality of Alto Adige terroir. With 13.5% alcohol, it strikes a confident balance between body and freshness. Crafted from Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate shows depth and structure, with a finish that lingers pleasantly. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in hilly sandy deep soils in Conaiano area, at 450/500 metres above sea level. Vinification: destemming, soft pressing, alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in steel tanks. The wine is aged 20 months in barriques and at least 8 months in bottle. A wine reflecting the region's cool mountain climate and precise winemaking.
