A fine example of Veneto winemaking, this Lison Pramaggiore DOC reflects generations of local expertise. With 14.5% alcohol content, it offers a full-bodied and robust structure. Crafted from Merlot 70%, Refosco dal Peduncolo Rosso 30%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect layered dark fruit aromas, firm tannins and a long, satisfying finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards at 400-450 meters above sea level on the south-east side on sandy and clay soils in depth. Vinification: separated alcoholic fermentation by type of grapes with long macerations for 30-35 days. The wine is aged 15 months in different barriques, 6 months in big oak barrels and at least 12 months in bottle. A wine embodying Veneto's winemaking heritage with fresh acidity and food-friendly character.
Veneto masterfully balances tradition and innovation, producing everything from powerful Amarone to crisp Soave.
