Produced in Piedmont, this wine reflects a genuine sense of place. At 14.5% alcohol, it delivers real concentration and power on the palate. Crafted from White Grapes , this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect crisp citrus and orchard fruit aromas framed by a clean, mineral finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards vines on clay-limestone soils, 380 metres above sea level. Vinification: destemming, soft pressing, cold maceration and spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts, all done without filtrations.
