The fruit is sourced from vineyards 30 years old vines cultivated according to the Guyot system in hilly sandy soil faced to South Est. Many harvests to pick up only the ripe grapes. Vinification: separated fermentation for different harvests with indigenous yeasts in steel tanks and maceration on the skins for about 24 hours. Final blending after fermentations.
